FORCE America has acquired Atlanta Powertrain & Hydraulics based in Conley, Georgia. Atlanta Powertrain is a provider of components and service for power-takeoffs, pumps and heavy-duty drivetrain components to the southeastern United States.
The acquisition expands FORCE America’s presence in this region and strengthens the company’s ability to provide mobile fluid power solutions to customers across the country. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
